Reliable Answers to Questions about Charter Schools
At Waterworks Aquatics, we understand that you may have a lot of questions and we’re here to answer all of them. We hope that the answers we provide below offer all of the information you need.
A: If you are interested in having your Charter School partner with us, please have your school reach out to us at experience@waterworksswim.com with their onboarding information.
A: If your Charter School is an approved partner with Waterworks Aquatics, the first step is to create an account with Waterworks Aquatics. You can do so by registering online here. Please note: If you choose to swim at a non-approved location, you will need to purchase your lessons out of pocket.
Once you have created an account, you will need to request a purchase order from your Charter School to be sent to Waterworks Aquatics. Do not schedule any lessons on your account until our accounting department has received your schools purchase order. Our team will reach out to you once we have received the purchase order. At that point, you can begin scheduling lessons.
A: The time between when you submit a request of a purchase order to your school and when your school approves it and sends it to our accounting department can take some time and is not immediate. It is advised that you submit new requests to your school at least 1-2 weeks before your last paid lesson if you choose to renew your lessons with Waterworks.
A: No, the purchase orders are written out to specific students and only that student whose name is on the purchase order may take lessons using the Charter School funds.
A: If you are a new customer (with no future schedule), our accounting department will email you directly to notify you that the funds have been place onto your account. If you are renewing your lessons, then you will not receive an email since there is no lapse in your schedule.
A: No, they are not approved.
