Instructors

Angela

Angela has been swimming for as long as she can remember and her favorite stroke to swim and teach her students is the freestyle. She has several years of childcare experience as a daycare volunteer, babysitter and summer camp counselor. She is currently going to school for art and some of her hobbies include reading and drawing. She is excited to see her students gain swim confidence.

Emmy (sub)

Emmy has been swimming since she was 5 years old by taking swim lessons! Her favorite stroke to swim and teach her students is the breaststroke. She goes to school at Evergreen College where she is studying health science. She is excited to teach her students about water safety.

Ethan

Ethan has been swimming competitively since he was 7 years old and continued swimming for a youth swim team for 7 years. He swam for his high school's swim team for all 4 years and at the collegiate level for 2 years. He played water polo throughout high school and was named MVP 2 years in a row. He worked as a lead lifeguard and has 3 years of previous experience as a swim instructor. Additionally, he has childcare experience as a camp counselor. He goes to school for business analytics and in his free time he enjoys rock climbing. He is excited to share his passion for competitive swimming with his students.

Kendrick

Kendrick has been swimming since he was 3 years old and his favorite stroke to swim and teach his students is the backstroke. He has a passion for fitness and helping others. He is excited to share his love for swimming with his students.

Lio

Braublio has been swimming since he was 12 years old and his favorite stroke to swim and teach his students is the breaststroke. He has childcare experience as an afterschool program teacher. He goes to school at West Valley College where he is studying radiology and enjoys cooking in his free time. He has a passion for helping others and is excited to teach his students new skills.

Nancy

Nancy has been swimming since she was 4 years old. She has 2 years of childcare experience as a babysitter for kids as young as 8 months old. She goes to school for civil engineering and in her free time she enjoys spending time with her dog. She is excited to help her students grow!

She goes to school for forensic science and some of her hobbies include crocheting and reading. She is excited to help her students become more comfortable in the water.
