Waterworks Aquatics is excited to announce that you can now fully manage your child’s swim lessonschedule from the comfort of your home. Families can now log ontowww.waterworksswimonline.comand reserve a permanent lesson time for your child as well as make changes to your schedule, cancel lessons, schedule make-up lessons, and make payments online by check. For those who participant in our monthly Swim Competitions, you now have access to register and check-in online!
Our self scheduling computer stations located in our lobby are also available for you to make any of these schedule changes. This means no more waiting in line to speak to a representative. If you would like assistance navigating through the system for the first time our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to help you. We also have a step by step print out available for you which will guide you through our online module. The email address you registered with us is your log-in and all schedule confirmations will be emailed to this address. It’s fast and easy to use so be sure to take advantage of our new online system!
