Did you know that you can look at your schedule, cancel classes, schedule make-up lessons, and schedule one time regular lessons all from home? Waterworks offers online access to your account in order to make managing your schedule easier.
If you are ever unsure about when your lesson is, who your child’s teacher is, or how many paid lessons you have left all you need to do is click on “view my schedule” to answer all your questions! Canceling classes and looking for make-up class times are also made easier as you can do this at anytime of the day or night when it’s convenient for you.
You can access your account by clicking onwww.waterworksswimonline.com or going to our website atwww.waterworksswim.com and clicking on “my account.” The email address you registered with us will be your log-in and we will give you a temporary password which you can change at any time. We also have self service computers set up in our lobby in order for you to access your account while at Waterworks. Our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to walk you through the process the first time to get you started!
