I have two kids ages 7 and 10 that have been taking weekly swim lessons with instructor Alex for the past 12 weeks. I see good progress. I appreciate her pushing my kids to the next level as they are very high energy and enjoy her challenging them. I also like the detailed parent report after every session and answering any questions or concerns at that time. I think most of the instructors are good as well. I did have a misunderstanding with the payments and recording the classes in their system which they were able to smooth out and restore. My overall experience is good with waterworks. I would recommend them.
