How to Redeem Your Free Lesson

 

If you are at this page, then you are already on the right track for a free swim lesson. All you need to do is follow the instructions below and your free lesson will be scheduled! Please note that this free lesson is only valid at our Carlsbad location.

You can skip steps 1-4 by giving us a call at (949) 450-0777. One of our customer experience experts would be more than happy to create an account for you, match your child with an instructor, and schedule your first free lesson. If you have more than one child you would like to redeem free lessons for, please call us.

Step 1. Create A Waterworks Account

First, you will need to create a Waterworks Account which you can do through the button below.

Once you fill out all of the required information, choose the Carlsbad location and a small promocode box will appear as seen below.

 

 

Fill in the code "2018FreeClass" and hit redeem. You will then be given the choice to be one credited semi-private or parent & me lessons. Choose which free lesson you would like to have credited to your new account. To learn more about the benefits of these two lesson types click here.

 

Step 2. Activate Your Account

Please check your email for the activation link which will lead you to registering your child(ren) and scheduling your free lesson.

Step 3. Register Your Child(ren)

Now log into your client dashboard via the email and password you provided during account creation. You will be directed to the register a child page, where you provide the name, age, and gender of the child you wish to enroll. If you wish to provide more information to better assist us in matching your child with an instructor please click where the purple arrow points below. Once you are finished click "Save & Proceed" (red arrow) to move onto the final step.

 

 

Step 4. Schedule Your Lesson

 

Once you have registered your child, you are all set to schedule his or her lesson! Just click the "Manage Your Schedule" tab (purple arrow). On this page, you will see that you have either a semi-private class or a parent & me class left depending on which free class you redeemed. To schedule this class just click "Schedule a Lesson" (red arrow).

 

 

From here you follow the instructions for scheduling your child with the instructor of your choice and at a time that works for you! Once this is completed you are good to go and ready to take your free swim lesson.
