Water Aerobics-Good for the joints muscles and more!

Did you know Waterworks‘ Low-impact Water Aerobics classes are approved by the Arthritis Foundation? Because the water provides buoyancy and there is no direct impact on the body, our  program allows you to exercise without putting excess strain on your joints and muscles which in turn will help you gain strength and flexibility. The Arthritis Foundation states that “Water is a safe, ideal environment for relieving arthritis pain and stiffness.”  Our classes are currently held Monday through Friday starting at 10:30am in our indoor heated pool.
