Lifesaving Workshop in Carlsbad

Fulfill the Lifesaving Merit Badge Requirements

Our Lifesaving Workshop in Carlsbad is held once per month on select months at Waterworks Aquatics Center, located next to the Bressi Ranch Village Center. Enrollees will work with certified instructors to learn how to handle critical situations that commonly occur in and around the water.

All of our instructors are both CPR and First Aid Certified. Students will learn lifesaving rescue techniques for both land and water. Students should also be prepared to pass a swim test to complete the program successfully. Enrollees over the age of 14 are able to earn their Lifesaving Merit Badge through this course. We recommend that students register in advance.
