Our talented team of swim instructors at our Hayward-Hesperian location look forward to sharing their swimming skills with you. We strive to provide each student with the motivation to build their confidence and ability in the water. Our team’s goal is to provide a supportive environment to help all students ages 2.5 and up to perfect their skills in the water.

Anais
Anais started swimming when she was 6 years old by taking swim lessons. She swam regularly throughout high school, participating in swim clinics and summer camps. She has experience working as a kid’s tutor for 2 years.
She goes to school for forensic science and in her free time she enjoys writing screenplays. Her favorite movie is The Little Mermaid and her favorite animals are dogs. She is excited to help her students improve their swim technique.

Jesse
Jesse has been swimming since he was 3 years old and his favorite stroke to swim and teach his students is the freestyle. In addition to swimming, he did gymnastics for 5 years. He has taught his friends how to perfect their swim technique and has experience working with kids as a babysitter.
He went to school at CSU East Bay where he studied multimedia. IN his free time he enjoys comics, watching movies and video editing. His favorite movie is Lilo & Stitch and his favorite animals are dogs. He is excited to help his students learn new swim skills.

Nick
Nicholas has been swimming since he was 5 years old and his favorite stroke to swim is the backstroke. He has experience teaching his younger nephews how to swim and his favorite stroke to teach others is the freestyle. Additionally, he has worked as a babysitter for kids of all ages.
He went to school to become a caregiver and studied art. His favorite Disney movie is Moana and his favorite book is Catcher in the Rye. He has a passion for helping others and is excited to help his students become safer in the water.

Noel
Noel has been swimming since he was 8 years old and his favorite stroke to swim and teach his students is the freestyle. In addition to swimming, he has competed in track and field for several years. He has worked with kids as a preschool assistant teacher.
Some of his hobbies include drawing, baking and crafting. His favorite thing about teaching swim lessons is seeing his students joy when they learn a new skill.

Xiry
Xiry learned how to swim after she took swim lessons at 2 years old and her favorite stroke to swim is freestyle. In middle school she swam competitively, where he favorite event to compete in was the 50m freestyle. She has experience working with kids as a babysitter for kids of all ages.
In her free time, she enjoys painting, photography and watching Disney movies. She prides herself on being patient and adaptable to kids of all ages. She is excited to see each student's progress throughout lessons.
