Classes are offered year-round in either our 25-yard outdoor pool heated to 86 degrees
during the summer or in our indoor 25-yard pool heated to 88-89 degrees during the
winter months.

This 1 hour class is ideal for people who desire to get in better
shape but have pain or injuries that limit them. Our Doctors of
Physical Therapy and their assistants will provide a pool workout
that is tailor made for such a group. You will experience a tremendous
improvement in your conditioning, your strength, your posture, balance,
and flexibility. There’s a likelihood that it will also improve any
symptoms you might be experiencing as well. The focus of this aquatic
fitness is to stretch and strengthen the appropriate muscles needed to
improve your posture, all while creating strong and functional bodies
where injuries are prevented. This program is great for those who have
past or present injuries and want to get in shape in a safe way. All
exercises are modified to your specific injury or body type.

Teachers' Bios
Dr. Natalie Thomas
Dr. Natalie Thomas is thoroughly educated in her field. She has a
Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Western University of Health Sciences.
Natalie earned her Masters of Physical Therapy Degree with honors
from Loma Linda University. Her well rounded continuing education also
includes Aquatic Therapy, Pilates, Postural Strength & Conditioning,
Strain/Counter-Strain, Yoga-Integrated Rehab, Mulligens Movement of the
Spine, to name a few. Additionally, she has tremendous experience in her
field. Before founding In Motion O.C., she started an Aquatic Therapy program
and perfected her specialty as an Aquatic Physical Therapist. Natalie has a
passion for improving the health & wellness of individuals via the pool.
Ian Pamintuan
Ian Pamintuan, a former track star, has been in the health & fitness field
for several years. In his time at In Motion O.C. the last 2 years, he has
specialized in healing people through specific exercises, both on land and
in the water. Ian loves giving safe workouts for people, utilizing the zero
gravity effect of the pool. He has led our aquatic therapy program now for
almost 2 years. Ian has his degree in Kinesiology.
